What it is.

Our Shield of protection warranty is a cornerstone of our high-touch roofing service. With this lifetime guarantee, you know that our team is committed to quickly fixing any unforeseen issues, and the work is covered. The Shield of Protection also means that we’ll return after a year to air-blow your new roof and recommend a roof cleaning schedule for you. If you’re already contracted with us but your roof springs a leak before we start, we will fix or tarp that leak at no additional cost. Also, if a leak were to happen under the Shield of Protection, we would fix the leak AND any subsequent damage. Workmanship warranty includes:

24-hour emergency repair. Any new leak repair service is at your disposal from the minute you schedule your new roof. Damage Protection. Four Seasons will repair any damage to the outside of your home as well as the inside of your home in the case of any faulty workmanship at no cost to you. Maintenance. Four Seasons will visit your home on 1 separate occasion during the labor warranty period to inspect and evaluate the condition of your new roof. Four Seasons will also clean all loose debris from roof surface and gutters to ensure all components of your new roof system are performing properly. Service Calls. You receive no charge service calls during the labor warranty period, if a storm blows through, a tree falls down, a pesky rodent happens to call your roof home or you’re just concerned about something you see or hear on your roof, give us a call. We will come inspect it for you with no service call charge. We will even help you file any necessary claims with either your insurance company or the material manufacturer if need be by supplying you with inspection reports and photos. 25-Year Labor Workmanship Warranty. GAF Golden Pledge Warranty. 40 Year manufacturer warranty on full roof system, fully transferable with a 20-Year 100% non-pro-rated period covering full cost of all materials and shingle replacement and disposal on all manufacture defects PLUS 20-year coverage on all labor and workmanship defects.
